Anil Kshepakaran

Prior to Maxine, Anil has 30 years of experience in founding multiple companies, including a digital health platform focused on bridging the gap between patient and family engagement in healthcare.

Anil’s Why

“My parents were enjoying an active and fulfilling retirement—my dad stayed engaged in his profession, and my mom traveled with him to conferences and back to India to visit family. But in January of 2022, everything changed when my mom suffered a mild stroke that impacted her mobility and cognitive abilities. Suddenly, my mom’s independent life shifted to one requiring constant care, and my dad became a full-time caregiver. This unexpected turn deeply altered the rhythm of their once vibrant retirement and our entire family’s lives.”

Most recently Kyle was SVP of Technology at CPower, a founding partner at NOV8TIV Advisory and lifelong lover of building great things.

Kyle’s Why

“I joined Maxine after my father-in-law was diagnosed with ALS and my wife and mother-in-law became his full-time caregivers. I saw firsthand how hard it was to find in-home care and how much time and energy it took to keep him at home. Maxine was created to make that process easier for other families facing the same challenges.”

Dawn Resh

Dawn serves as General Counsel for Maxine, is co-founder of Linkd Healthcare and has a passion for helping others age with grace.

Dawn’s Why

“My family is dispersed throughout the country and with many of them choosing to age in place due to the high cost of alternatives, I gained an understanding of the challenges they faced with daily life from food security and safety to personal care and simple errands. Maxine restores dignity for those who need a little help and provides caregivers with peace of mind that the needs of their loved ones are being met.”

Tony Viola

Prior to Maxine, Tony has 30 years of experience in finance roles with multinational companies in various industries.

Tony’s Why

“We have been lucky enough to date that my parent’s continue to enjoy an active and joyful life in their early 90’s. However, over the past few years their eyesight has significantly impacted their ability to drive so over the past couple of years we had to stop them from driving which has made them hesitantly more reliable on other family members. The caregiving to ensure their medical needs are met has been difficult, so Maxine brings so much support to the caregivers and allows my parents to ease their mind and continue to live life to the fullest while living in their own home.”
